Where we ship
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. 
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We don’t process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 4–8 business days
  • Other areas: 4-10 business days

Free shipping on all orders

Tracking
When your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. You can also check any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery problems

  • Late order: if your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, message us on WhatsApp at [number] and we’ll investigate with the courier.
  • Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away. We can only change it before the order ships.
  • Lost or damaged in transit: we’ll replace the order or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
